- If preferred sailings are not available, we will book you onto the next available sailing to generate your booking. If you find that the sailing does not suit this can be amended.
- The Ferry Companies reserve the right to immediately withdraw the rates if they are sold outside Motorsport NZ events. For travel, yet to occur the traveller will be required to pay the difference to the retail fares applicable at time of travel.
- Rates are 100% refundable if cancelled prior to the final check in time. Rates are non-refundable if cancelled after final check-in time or no show. *This is also dependant on the rate booked.
- Some sailings may change depending on Ship Maintenance, lay-bys, surveys, dry-docks, public holidays etc.
- Discounted rate is only available to MotorSport New Zealand Competitors and Officials and those travelling in their party. Licence number MUST be provided when booking your travel and be presented upon check in.
- Payment MUST be made directly to MotorSport New Zealand PRIOR to the sailing, as per the booking confirmation email.
- Should you wish to make changes to your booking, you MUST do so directly with MotorSport New Zealand, as we are the booking agent.
- We highly recommend that you check with the Ferry Company directly a week or so before your sailing to ensure the timetable for your bookings has not changed- MotorSport New Zealand are not advised of changes to individual bookings once made. Service Alerts are available directly on their websites.
